RudeWolf Posted July 19, 2019 Report Posted July 19, 2019 That Genny set needs another sub, so those 1037's can sit on top of them.

You know; that makes me realize that, if I ever put a speaker rig together again (I'm not counting my soundbar and sub), I should probably do something that is raised significantly, though the cats haven't actually scratched up the sub, yet, for whatever reason. 1
skullguise Posted August 6, 2019 Report Posted August 6, 2019 ^^ Yes, good thinking. Despite MANY attempts to deflect our cats to other scratching areas, they used to scratch anything they want. One has passed, and the other still likes to scratch various things other than his posts or pads; he did some grill cover damage to a pair of Platinum Audio PT-801 monitors I had a little bit low to the ground. But a few other speakers I've had in the same spot he didn't touch. So who knows what scents/grill cloth feeling/whatever drove him just to those speakers....
