Knuckledragger Posted February 20, 2019 Report Posted February 20, 2019 Yeah, but does it work with Spotify? 1 4

Kerry Posted March 15, 2019 Report Posted March 15, 2019 I absolutely love the Magnepan sound. I have the 1.6 model, but fell in love originally with some of the larger models. I've had mine since 1989 and still like the open feel. 3

Great minds,.. with Jensen x-over (will I ever get around to building enclosures?). 6

mwl168 Posted March 16, 2019 Report Posted March 16, 2019 Although I’ve always liked the sound of the Maggies I never had the pleasure of owning a pair. I had a pair of Apogee Duetta Signatures that I loved. I foolishly sold them to a friend because I could never set them up properly to get reasonable soundstage in the house I had. There is another major disadvantage of the Apogees - they need monstrous amps to drive them properly. The Maggies on the other hand seem much less peaky and open up many options for amping.

nopants Posted March 31, 2019 Report Posted March 31, 2019 What racks are those? I'm in the market for something that can hold my electrostatic setup.
spritzer Posted March 31, 2019 Report Posted March 31, 2019 That looks a lot like Ikea stuff to me....
nopants Posted April 1, 2019 Report Posted April 1, 2019 As long as it can hold a T2 I'm down at this point haha Do you have any recs? You must be a sage when it comes to organizing & displaying audio equipment ?
spritzer Posted April 1, 2019 Report Posted April 1, 2019 I have a rather large oak bookshelf modified for audio use (i.e. liberal cutting of holes in the back) but I've used some Ikea ones in the past. They all seem to be out of production though...
Dusty Chalk Posted April 14, 2019 Report Posted April 14, 2019 Don’t worry about it, this isn’t Discogs.
