Dusty Chalk Posted June 26, 2006 Report Posted June 26, 2006 You guys are mean. You should also mention weather conditions. Yes, there was weather. No, I don't remember what it was. Here it is, for those of you even lazier than I.
philodox Posted June 27, 2006 Report Posted June 27, 2006 Mean? Were there some comments which were deleted? Personally, I think the amp is a joke... balanced RA-1. Gimmie a break. Also, that website is CREEEEEEPY. Children of the corn wearing Grado's.
tiberian Posted June 27, 2006 Report Posted June 27, 2006 seriously, balanced cmoy for like, 700 is dumb.
ayt999 Posted June 27, 2006 Report Posted June 27, 2006 darn grado copying me. evil them. here's my small form-factor balanced amp....
Thaddy Posted June 27, 2006 Report Posted June 27, 2006 Ugh, I wish I could punch all those morons in the face.
Dusty Chalk Posted June 27, 2006 Author Report Posted June 27, 2006 Mean? Were there some comments which were deleted?I thought the impressions of the lasagna was an obvious redirect. And by mean, I mean funny mean, not  mean.
hirsch Posted June 27, 2006 Report Posted June 27, 2006 This is a prototype. Grado has not yet decided whether or not to put it into production.
JBLoudG20 Posted June 27, 2006 Report Posted June 27, 2006 It's really an insult to us if John plans on selling this for the price of two RA-1's.
Iron_Dreamer Posted June 28, 2006 Report Posted June 28, 2006 darn grado copying me. evil them. here's my small form-factor balanced amp.... I love that little amp! You gonna have some proper volume knobs on it next time?
ayt999 Posted June 28, 2006 Report Posted June 28, 2006 I love that little amp! You gonna have some proper volume knobs on it next time? it's a neglected little amp... for a while after the last meet I didn't pay much attention to it and did a great job losing it. (it was actually sitting in the exact spot I placed it when I got back from the meet. figure that.) I'll have to redo it since the way it's currently set up there's no way I can put volume knobs on the shafts since they are too close to the output sockets (as in they are touching the sockets)... maybe I'll move the boards to the other side of the case and situate the volume controls on that side and use the current holes as LED holders or something. slight oversight on my part during the case selection at the wonderful ratshack store and I got one that was a bit too close to the minimum size that'll work.
