After some Oscar Peterson Trio from the Mosaic set, played

Annie Lennox - Christmas Cornucopia

Then Mount Kimbie - Crooks and Lovers

And now the Tron OST by Deft Punk. Probably the first DP album that is managing to keep me interested.

Gojira, From Mars to Sirius -- quite possibly the heaviest thing I listen to, short of Opeth. Bring it. It will be brought. Lead singer has a voice like flaking leather. And every once in a while, the guitarist will throw in this squeal into a riff that somehow always seems perfectly placed. Teutonic (despite being French).

Can - The Peel Sessions (1995)

Woo fucking hoo! Finally got this on CD, minty fresh, for a fairly reasonable price. Still I spend more than I ever intended on it. Very good stuff and very very hard to find in good condition.

Wasn't even aware of its existence, now I need to track it down.

Me: Barbara Morgenstern, Enter the Partyzone - Plastikreport

Barbara Morgenstern, Fan No. 2 -- moar teutonic-ness. Teutonicity. Medigs. She manages to have that bubbling grooviness that Kraftwerk managed on even their least groovy tracks. (And I :ian: Kraftwerk, so that is no mean feat.)
