LFF Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Krupa And Rich I guess "Hi-Fi" meant crappy recording back then, but musically an outstanding recording loaded with some of the best of all time talent, not limited to the drummers. No way. Not my copy! My copy is very Hi-Fi.

robm321 Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 No way. Not my copy! My copy is very Hi-Fi. That's cuz you're the master . LP?, remaster? This one would be worth the upgrade. Listening to now: Al Di Meola - Consequences of Chaos
n_maher Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Technical question... how do you guys find album art so easily? I find it to be rather a PITA 1. google phrase: amazon david gray white ladder 2. click link for amazon.com 3. click link for larger album art 4. right-click, "copy image location" 5. paste into thread using img tags. That's how I do it and it find 99% of what I need.
Voltron Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Rhapsody has cover art, so those are easy to pull up. For other stuff, I just do the same as Nate with Google Images and it usually works. Not hard except for obscure stuff. Now playing: Al Cohn -- Play It Now

Grahame Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Technical question... how do you guys find album art so easily? I find it to be rather a PITA Have you tried AlbumArtExchange.com - CD/Album cover art gallery - Home Go to the gallery, search (Ready To Go Images are best ) voila CD/Album Artwork e.g. Nice 600x600s with no white borders
Grahame Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Depeche Mode -- Violator Surely, you meant MOAR pixels, bigger is better, and all that
Dusty Chalk Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 What Nate said, except I usually leave "amazon" out, as it's the first link 90% of the time. Then if amazon isn't hosting an image, I can alt-left and try another reasonable link (usually the artist's or label's website is a good choice -- another merchant is another good choice).

Voltron Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 So the chastity belt is ironic? That's actually a pneumatic flap for easy access. I wanted to post something here because I was playing some HD Tracks downloaded recently and others were talking about doing the same. On Computer Audiophile they are saying that there has been some credit card fraud that users believe originated from HDT purchases. Luckily, I used Paypal and don't see any problems associated, but I have not been able to get onto their site today, so here is the link for anyone interested: WARNING!
