Hopstretch
I will be DL'ing that Kinks album tonight. Just did. It sounds really good. Better than the 2004 DSD remaster. Great album! PS: I've been in that pub. It's still a fucking dump. Edited October 15, 2009 by Hopstretch
robm321
Krupa And Rich I guess "Hi-Fi" meant crappy recording back then, but musically an outstanding recording loaded with some of the best of all time talent, not limited to the drummers. Voltron
I will be DL'ing that Kinks album tonight. Just did. It sounds really good. Better than the 2004 DSD remaster. Great album! PS: I've been in that pub. It's still a fucking dump. Nice! I have 3 or 4 of the Kinks on HDTracks 24/96 and they all sound pretty great. DL'ing was much smoother this last time than my previous HDT purchases. Not sure if my end or theirs, but I was happy. An odd mix of listening so far today: Flaming Lips -- Embryonic Terry Reid -- The River Julie London -- Julie Is Her Name [Todd says the new 45rpm release of vol. 1 is teh awsum, so I was checking it out.] And now playing: Lyle Lovett --Natural Forces Edited October 15, 2009 by Voltron

Hopstretch
John Mellencamp -- The Lonesome Jubilee Shit, I remember making out with my high school girlfriend to this album.
