Voltron Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 boring. you know, as much as the purists decry the Lennon remixes, i think they sound damn good (i have regular CDs and good needle drops of the original mixes). they sound modern without losing anything, as far as i'm concerned. and they sound so much better on speakers than headphones. The purists can go fuck themselves.
LFF Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 boring. you know, as much as the purists decry the Lennon remixes, i think they sound damn good (i have regular CDs and good needle drops of the original mixes). they sound modern without losing anything, as far as i'm concerned. and they sound so much better on speakers than headphones. The remixes don't sound as bad as most people make them out to be. I completely agree that they do sound modern without losing much. The original mixes are great though but they do need to be polished up in order to sound great.
Voltron Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 i can agree, because i'm only a semi-purist. I guess you can go semi-fuck yourself.
grawk Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 Ugh , I fucking hate john lennon. And I have double fantasy on vinyl
Voltron Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 I fantasize about a threesome IN vinyl.
Voltron Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 More like this, is what I had in mind:
grawk Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 Double Fantasy has too much Yoko to be good. Too much Lennon too.

Dusty Chalk Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 I guess you can go semi-fuck yourself. There's a word for that...I think it's called, 'masturbating'.
LFF Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 If you watched PBS during the 1990's, then you'll know this band. Awesome sound although the CD is a bit compressed.
