n_maher Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 Just found her on Rhapsody. Glad you enjoyed it. Her story is pretty cool too if you haven't read it.
Voltron Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 Still not sure what the health issue is with her following her accident, but her voice is cool and I like the tunes without too much orchestration.
tyrion Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 I'm guessing a closed head injury/brain damage. There is a mention of cognitive therapy on Wikepidia.
n_maher Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 Still not sure what the health issue is with her following her accident, but her voice is cool and I like the tunes without too much orchestration. The article I read referred to "rebuild her cognitive impairment" so I'm guessing that she had some semi-severe brain trauma.
Dusty Chalk Posted May 6, 2009 Report Posted May 6, 2009 You know, I usually fight Jazz tooth and nail, but what a voice! You know, that's like the opposite of how you're supposed to appreciate jazz. A drink in one hand, a smoke in the other if you smoke, a La-Z-Boy, and a generally relaxed attitude is more apropos.
