Dusty Chalk
Interesting girl with interesting album names and interesting album covers (NSFW).I'd be lying if I said that the album cover had nothing to do with my giving that album a listen. Dusty Chalk
A-ha! I think I've sussed it. I'm listening to Void of Silence, Grave of Civilization, and I've said before it reminded me of something, but what I hadn't figured out is that it's only partly reminded me of something -- Skinny Puppy. The vocalist reminds me of Ogre. (sigh of relief) And maybe a little bit of the abstract song structure.

Voltron
Anyone here listen to the new Neil Young album? Seems a lot of people like it, but I can't really get into it :/ Neil Young -- Le Noise In my first listen now and I am digging it. I like the sound and I'm glad it's not just another political tirade. I really want to get the vinyl and play it at home. I think it would be killer on headphones too. mypasswordis
Ooh that does look good. I just did a rudimentary scan of my main stack of CDs and only found David Oistrakh Collection Vol. 6, EMI "The Devil's Trill", and the EMI DVD with Oistrakh, Menuhin, and Rostropovich. Didn't realize my Oistrakh collection was so lacking.
