thrice Posted May 18, 2010 Report Posted May 18, 2010 Getting a lot done right now listening to this:
Salt Peanuts Posted May 18, 2010 Report Posted May 18, 2010 Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra - Jazz At Lincoln Center - They Came To Swing
boomana Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 Ben Nichols -The Last Pale Light In The West Also got this one today and quite like it. It's based on Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian, which I've not read, but now might.
faust3d Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 Al di Meola - Tirami su How do you like it? I found this one weaker than his other albums. I even liked Soaring Through a Dream better
boomana Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 Okay, I listened to this again today and am already bored by it. I haven't listened to this one in a long time. It's a much better afternoon choice: interesting, beautiful and sucks you right in.
mypasswordis Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pEbewiNY3M4&NR=1 I like how they're the same, but not really. But yes really.
robm321 Posted May 19, 2010 Report Posted May 19, 2010 White Stripes - Elephant How do you like it? I found this one weaker than his other albums. I even liked Soaring Through a Dream better Agreed completely. This one falls pretty flat for me compared to most of his other stuff. I've been digging out stuff I haven't listened to in a long time, and in most cases, being reminded why
Dusty Chalk Posted May 20, 2010 Report Posted May 20, 2010 I've got the most bizarre medley stuck in my head: Porcupine Tree, "Anesthetize"/Duran Duran, "Hungry Like the Wolf"
