parhelictriangle
' Koenjihyakkei - Nivraym (apparently re-recorded and re-released?) Magma-style corny choral Zeuhl led by Yoshida Tatsuya = epic, wonderful weirdness. Tatsuya is definitely one of my favorite percussionists. Still prefer the more direct stop-start frenzy of Ruins, but this is classic. I like Koenjihyakkei's next album, Angherr Shisspa, a bit better than this (feels a bit more serious and less in the Vander-worship mode). Edit: note: this is probably an. . . acquired taste. Not that keen on The Hazards Of Love so far. Feels a bit forced. But their stuff tends to grow on me. Donald Fagen -- The Nightfly

Dusty Chalk
Spyro Gyra, Good to Go-Go on SACD -- not as jazz-lite as I was concerned it would be. Digging the bass -- modern production techniques.
Voltron
How was it? I haven't been able to find it anywhere yet. I like it. Her voice has the same quality but the instrumentation seems a bit more big, lush and orchestral than the last one. Interested to hear what the album sounds like.
