hungrych Posted January 23, 2009 Report Posted January 23, 2009 Cowboy Bebop CD-Box (Yoko Kanno / Seatbelts) Currently on disc 2 of 4. It's great to finally get the awesome soundtrack to this awesome show.

swt61 Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 Sasha & Shawna Siren. This is about as far away from my normal listening as it gets. But I traded Steve (zippy2001) a wooden iPod dock for some CDs quite a while back. Well Steve sent everything I asked for and a lot more. This is one of those extras. I'm thoroughly enjoying the album, and it's fantastic on the K1000. Thanks again Steve!
Duggeh Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 (edited) I'm moving wider in my prog scope. This album is most satisfactory. Edited January 24, 2009 by Duggeh

Dusty Chalk Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 I'm moving wider in my prog scope. This album is most satisfactory.I'm a big Dave Stewart fan -- even kept a subscription to Keyboard magazine when he was writing a column for them. You should also check National Health.
Duggeh Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 I'm a big Dave Stewart fan -- even kept a subscription to Keyboard magazine when he was writing a column for them. You should also check National Health. Ah, that'll be the other Dave Stewart I'm guessing? Not the Eurythmics one. I shall investigate National Health soon. Right now I am really fucking loving: 2000 HDCD remaster.

I shall investigate National Health soon.Correct, not the Eurythmics one. This one, not this one. Also, same Dave Stewart of Stewart & Gaskin, though that's more pop than prog. But still good, since he was involved.
Duggeh Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 I "found" a copy. Fuck me sideways this is awesome.
Duggeh Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 And in what is a new record for the time between my hearing an album and buying it, I've just bought a copy of the above. Quickest I've done it before would have been with In Rock by Deep Purple or Act One by Beggars Opera.
Dusty Chalk Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 Ah! No! You should have gotten Complete, it has everything. EDIT: That's everything that was available at the time, I think something has come out since then that may not be on there.
Duggeh Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 I probably will. Frankly though, for me to drop the monies on a copy of something completely alien to me, before the second track is half way through, its doing well.
Dusty Chalk Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 Yesh, it's good stuff. Excellent, my plan is working. Next I'll get you onto Happy the Man and Pekka Pohjohla...
Duggeh Posted January 24, 2009 Report Posted January 24, 2009 Do you think Head-Case needs a dedicated prog thread?
