Knuckledragger Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 So what you're saying is the Chinaman is not the issue here, dude?

Sherwood Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 I'd like to see a USB to AES/EBU converter. This is the only one I know of. I've read good things about Hagerman, and the price is right. I'm thinking of giving it a shot.
spritzer Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 The Trends UD-10.1 also has AES/EBU along with RCA, BNC and Toslink.
Sherwood Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 MOTU makes some nice, nice kit. That would have been pretty interesting to me last week before I plunked down a grand on an ECD-1, though
bearmann Posted December 15, 2008 Report Posted December 15, 2008 Ummm... I'm wondering, if Bel Canto uses the same USB-Chip (Tenor ?!) as Audiotrak in their Prodigy Cube and Dr.DAC2?! Oh, first post... so 'hello' to everyone. best regards, bearmann
slwiser Posted December 15, 2008 Report Posted December 15, 2008 The HagUSB is a real nice unit. You can get it either with RCA or XLR out into an outboard DAC. I now have the XLR unit and had the RCA.
Dusty Chalk Posted December 15, 2008 Report Posted December 15, 2008 Welcome to Head-Case, Bearmann, sorry about the back of your head. I like your avatar.
bearmann Posted December 16, 2008 Report Posted December 16, 2008 Thanks Peter, I like her too... found her somewhere and thought "You should be mine!" =P But normally I change my avatars quite often - don't know how long this one will stay. best regards, bearmann
