manaox2 Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 Anything endangered or protected really. Toucans, Bald Eagles, Koala bears, Pandas, White Tigers, etc. I just always look at them and go wonder what that tastes like. (Animated toucans always telling me taste the rainbow, makes me think about eating them more)
Hopstretch Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 its so damn good x2 My second favorite thing about Montreal, after the, um, Canadian Ballet.
ingwe Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 I'd like to be able to eat horse, had it abroad. Britain seems less keen on horse sausage. Other night I saw a show on taboo-food featuring popularity of horse flesh--particularly in France.
grawk Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 Taboo is a good show. But I'm still not eating penis.
guzziguy Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 Other night I saw a show on taboo-food featuring popularity of horse flesh--particularly in France. It's true. Chevalines, horse meat butcher shops, are everywhere. They are easy to spot as they have a figure of a horse's head above the door. I've had ground horse meat. It's leaner and sweeter than ground beef.
909 Posted September 19, 2008 Author Report Posted September 19, 2008 it's been nearly a decade since i had a (ham) sloppy job sandwich from the milburn deli, i'd break my regular healthy eating program for one of those with their incredible brew of lemon ice tea.
909 Posted October 1, 2008 Author Report Posted October 1, 2008 i am breaking down... i've been wanting ramen for weeks and finally broke and got a bowl over the weekend, but got the smallest size. and the burgers, i've been wanting a double-double from in-n-out, cheese burger from five guys, or a the father's office burger... tonight i am weak -- father's office burger is mine!
Voltron Posted October 1, 2008 Report Posted October 1, 2008 I would like some smoked meats from Schwartz's in Montreal after all the poutine talk. I wouldn't mind a little poutine on the side, but I needs me some smoked meats. Been to Montreal only once in my life, but want to return. Vive les Qu

I've kinda been craving a burger, but it's just from lack of red meat. I don't think I even like the fast food joint burgers that much. Definately thinking bout getting a steak. For the most part, probably fried chicken.
zippy2001 Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 LOL, I had my In 'N Out for lunch today. A double double with grilled onions, fries and a diet coke. yummy. What I wouldn't eat again? Sashimi Horse, yuck. It was terrible. I love beef tataki (raw beef), but raw horse, no thanks.
Spiug31 Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 dark chocolate but my body no longer tolerates dairy or sugar
MoonShine Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 Pizza, Hot Dogs, Ice Cream and a Carl's Jr Six Dollar Burger, and my beloved microbrews. I have been a strict diet for about 5 months (I have lost 35 lbs) and those are what I crave most. Edit: They are, of course, how I got overweight in the first place.

Beefy Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 dark chocolate but my body no longer tolerates dairy or sugar Good dark chocolate should contain neither!
Spiug31 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Good dark chocolate should contain neither! Thanks for that, it spurred into web searching and I now have some dairy free, no added sugar, 72% cocoa, chocolate bars on there way to me Nutritional info and ingredients I didn`t think these existed
catscratch Posted October 7, 2008 Report Posted October 7, 2008 Anything seriously spicy. I love spicy, but apparently the stomach has other ideas.
909 Posted October 24, 2008 Author Report Posted October 24, 2008 i've been getting lazy with the green smoothies and whatever reason i am desiring, hardcore today, a johnny's pastrami sandwich -- i am about to break...
