shellylh Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 Looks like Jim is going to be beat *again*! What's up Jim?
morphsci Posted November 21, 2011 Report Posted November 21, 2011 The biggest component in determining whether you win or lose is random shit. That's why I started off so well. Plus I haven't been able to drink for about 10 days, until yesterday.
emelius Posted November 27, 2011 Report Posted November 27, 2011 time for me to plan for next season:)... too many injuries to manage...
Salt Peanuts Posted November 28, 2011 Report Posted November 28, 2011 Just got around to checking the scores and in the league two, my RB/WRs have combined to score whopping 27 points. Not surprisingly, I've lost the game.
deepak Posted December 4, 2011 Report Posted December 4, 2011 league 1 playoff seeding: Raffy Tracy Deepak Shelly league 2: Jim Haj Bryan ? (too many 6-6 teams, looks like it comes down to this weeks outcome)
MexicanDragon Posted December 6, 2011 Report Posted December 6, 2011 Really wanted to come back from 0-5 to be over .500.
MoonShine Posted December 6, 2011 Report Posted December 6, 2011 (edited) league 1 playoff seeding: Raffy Tracy Deepak Shelly league 2: Jim Haj Bryan ? (too many 6-6 teams, looks like it comes down to this weeks outcome) Not sure but I think I will overtake Raffy for the #1 spot. in League 1. This after a 5 game win streak on my part and a 3 game skid on his* which included being ahead by 8 points going into last Monday night with only his Defense to play. Saints dropped 49 on the Giants for a -10 and a 2 point loss. Brutal. That set up this weeks scenario where a combination of me winning / him losing creates a tie which I believe I hold a 30 point edge in the tiebreaker. Amiright? *This after an EPIC 9 game win streak which put him at 9-1 (his only loss a 1 point nail biter in week 1). Edited December 6, 2011 by MoonShine

VPI Posted December 6, 2011 Report Posted December 6, 2011 In my five years of playing FF this is the first time I have not made the playoffs. I went back to look at my drafted teams in the two leagues and I basically lost 40% of the people in the top half of my draft to season ending injury. Then if you add in the people I picked up that immediately blew out their knees, it becomes obvious that playing for me in the HC league is a really bad omen for NFL players.
MexicanDragon Posted December 12, 2011 Report Posted December 12, 2011 Great showing, Jeff. **BRENT**
VPI Posted December 12, 2011 Report Posted December 12, 2011 Too bad I couldn't break the 100 point threshold during the regular season.
MoonShine Posted December 19, 2011 Report Posted December 19, 2011 Soundly spanked. Good luck in the finals Shelly!
shellylh Posted December 20, 2011 Report Posted December 20, 2011 Thanks! I am guessing (if they get the game going) that I will be playing Deepak but don't want to jinx him.
Salt Peanuts Posted December 20, 2011 Report Posted December 20, 2011 (edited) You know you're not doing well when you're losing to someone who kept a player on IR for both weeks. Short of Mike Wallace scoring 37 points tonight, I won't be making to the final round. Edited December 20, 2011 by Salt Peanuts
deepak Posted December 20, 2011 Report Posted December 20, 2011 I am taking no risks. Pulled the 9'ers D in the slim chance they score negative points I would also like to see the Steelers lose so Pats have a better shot at a first round bye.
shellylh Posted December 20, 2011 Report Posted December 20, 2011 I am taking no risks. Pulled the 9'ers D in the slim chance they score negative points I saw that and wished I would have done the same.
Salt Peanuts Posted December 20, 2011 Report Posted December 20, 2011 I would also like to see the Steelers lose so Pats have a better shot at a first round bye. And just like that, 49ers must've been listening to fans in the New England region.
shellylh Posted December 27, 2011 Report Posted December 27, 2011 Unless my Team Suck has quite a game next week, Deepak will be the League 1 champion.
deepak Posted December 28, 2011 Report Posted December 28, 2011 Unless my Team Suck has quite a game next week, Deepak will be the League 1 champion. Not so sure about that Shelly, my #1 RB probably isn't going to play
MexicanDragon Posted January 2, 2012 Report Posted January 2, 2012 So did DP and I just tie in League 2, or am I still drunk from last night? **BRENT**
MexicanDragon Posted January 2, 2012 Report Posted January 2, 2012 Sigh... 8 point adjustment for DP. **BRENT**
shellylh Posted January 3, 2012 Report Posted January 3, 2012 Congrat Deepak and congrat Jim! Interesting that you each have Drew Brees on your team. I am going to have to pick a better QB next year. I am tired of second place.
