JimP
For me, I would love to see Tom Waits, Neil Young (not sure if these guys even tour anymore - with advanced notice, I would even consider flying to see the concert). Maybe Radiohead, Flaming Lips if they ever come to HK.

Dusty Chalk
Hilary Hahn Helene Grimaud Stolen Babies Diablo Swing Orchestra Mike Oldfield Klaus Schulze Vangelis (that's in no particular order) Nate: good list -- I've seen: Dresden Dolls, Opeth, Epica, and Sigur Ros off that list, and they were all excellent live. I missed Metric by (holds fingers together less than a centimeter apart) that much.
aerius
For me, I would love to see Tom Waits, Neil Young (not sure if these guys even tour anymore - with advanced notice, I would even consider flying to see the concert). Neil Young still tours, I missed his concert at Massey Hall this past year but I've been to one of his past concerts. Definitely go if you ever have the chance. My list: Jesse Cook Emmylou Harris Robert Plant & Alison Krauss (will be off the list as of July 14 )
grawk
I'd love to see Devo. Most of the bands I haven't seen that I want to see have 0 chance of playing again other than devo.

hungrych
The Roots, who after so much effort I will still miss tomorrow, just like last time. -.- I guess it's not that bad since it'll be like 95 degrees and I'd probably die. NIN (who I have tickets to for!) Boris NATSUMEN Pharoah Sanders There are more but those are the main ones.

aardvark baguette
I've found I dont enjoy rock/metal/etc in concert settings because of the excess of clipping and stupid-loud volume. Someday I'd like to see jazz performed in an intimate setting without microphones; just the instruments themselves. I'm not up to speed on current jazz artists, but someday I'll get around to doing that, I think. Obviously it would probably not be anyone famous though. \
postjack
I've found I dont enjoy rock/metal/etc in concert settings because of the excess of clipping and stupid-loud volume. live bass/drums at a metal show get me off, though. nowhere else can I feel the music viscerally like that. bhd812
Eros Ramazzotti, but there is no chance he would ever come to Chicago and there is little chance I would do Roma, but even smaller chance of him playing a show there while i would be there... I think he did Florida or Cali once, but thats the spanish Eros, I want to see the Italian Eros so i could sing along to songs i have no idea what the words mean.. Jacintha would be a good live performence also, in the right building that is. does she even tour? Depeche Mode, and New order would be on my list.. Neil Diamond always looked like a fun show, the hard part is finding a chick my age and fun enough to just rock out with his songs. others would be Prince artists that are dead.. Rat Pack in Vegas, Barry White in his day Marvin Gaye Dule Ellington Alberta hunter real Zeppelin Metallica with Mustaine Ray Charles..
