Beefy
That's awesome Riceboy. Start 'em early! I spent yesterday blinging-up my Hammond-cased MMM, σ11 and Millett Max with some socketed screws, LED bezels and some really nice Lumex 660nm LEDs. Very happy with the results...... I don't think I'll ever use stock screws or blue LEDs again. Spent today cleaning house
Voltron
That's great Laine. Both of my kids (13 and 10) were annoying the crap out of me today (moreso the 13 yo to be honest) so it is nice to remember when they were cute.

He listens to a good dose of a lot of music from Ella, Louis, Frank, Dean, Sammy, Wes, more jazz, R & B, Republica, Beatles, etc. Got to get him well rounded That's great Laine. I have a nephew that is 13 and he is getting at that stage as well. I remember him playing on the beach with me when he was just 1.5 and now he is 13. Time sure flies. I'm enjoying my time with my son at this age a bunch .

bperboy
I spent a few hours yesterday beginning to build my Millett Hybrid MiniMaxes! Got most of the resistors in and another few hours will get the boards pretty much stuffed!
tyrion
Laine, cute pic! I was doing my duty yesterday at the polls. People waiting for 7 hours to vote. I didn't leave the precinct (polls closed at 4) until 10:40 and there were still 30 people waiting to vote.

Having an election night party to watch returns and hopefully celebrate for a change (so to speak ). Get out and vote, whoever and whatever you support! socrates63
Does absentee voting count? That's how I'm voting for the first time. I was telling my coworker the other day that voting my mail was similar to watching sports on TV as opposed to going to the stadium and getting goosebumps. Knuckledragger
I voted, on a paper ballot, and didn't have to wait in line. I ♥ living in a sparsely populated town. ... I didn't get one of those "I voted" stickers though. No free product placement for me.

aardvark baguette
voted and worked. Got to the poll at 6:30, with an opening at 7:00. 80 or so people in front of me. I'm kind of glad its over, regardless of who wins. Now I can go back to just thinking about music all day every day.

JBLoudG20
Chewed my nails waiting on information on a downed riding buddy. Two broken legs, one severed foot, 5 broken ribs, 3 cracked vertebrae.
JBLoudG20
We have very limited details right now, as supposedly he has only nodded a few times. He hit a guardrail, and the police say there is very little damage to his bike. Initially they are saying speed wasn't a factor, which doesn't surprise me: we was a very responsible rider. The foot could not be reattached, but doctors say with a prosthetic he should be able to walk again. It was right after a group ride on Sunday, too. JBLoudG20
Could be worse. The initial news I got form his girl was: "tell the other guys he crashed. Dont call the house, I'm living at the hospital." I was expecting REAL bad. At least he'll live, and should be able to walk even. Could have been much worse.
