thrice Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 Of course, you can only listen to Philip Glass, Steve Reich...etc. on these rigs, so there's that issue as well.
Fungi Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 Although if you had to live with only one genre, minimalism wouldn't be a bad choice.
grawk Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 Although if you had to live with only one genre, minimalism wouldn't be a bad choice. fixed that for you
deepak Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 fixed that for you I don't know. Your stereotypical audiophile could probably live off Diana Krall alone *snore*
Dusty Chalk Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 I don't know. Your stereotypical audiophile could probably live off Diana Krall alone *snore*Ouch!
aardvark baguette Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 Although if you had to live with only one genre, minimalism wouldn't be a bad choice. Wouldn't that be minimalism by default?
Thelonious Monk Posted May 12, 2008 Report Posted May 12, 2008 sansa clip -> er4p squeezebox 3 -> marantz 2270b -> boston acoustics cr75s I think I qualify. I think that considering having "only" 3 rigs "minimal" is a bit... huh? The budget speaker rig sounds more than good enough for me with everything from Brahms to Autopsy. I sort of want a giant subwoofer, though. edit: maybe i actually qualify for team "barely qualifies as an audiophile"
