grawk Posted April 2, 2008 Report Posted April 2, 2008 Yup, not sure they're worth half the going rate but since there are plenty of people willing to pay it that's what they're worth. The absurd prices people will pay for them are why I got to own hp1s . I found a deal, bought them because I knew I wouldn't lose money on them. Not my thing, but I'm glad I had them.
aardvark baguette Posted April 2, 2008 Report Posted April 2, 2008 US $ = I'm going to have to leverage some of my OOP CDs/Vinyl in the transaction, if I ever get any of these fancy dancy phones. Or hock my guitar.
Smeggy Posted April 2, 2008 Report Posted April 2, 2008 The HPs are very nice but not enough to warrant a second mortgage.
NotoriousBIG_PJ Posted April 2, 2008 Report Posted April 2, 2008 Easy tiger, this is chekhonte, and I think his suggestion is perfectly valid. Why don't you go ahead and recommend me a headphone you haven't heard. Biggie.
MexicanDragon Posted April 2, 2008 Report Posted April 2, 2008 Why don't you go ahead and recommend me a headphone you haven't heard. Biggie. Thats the thing, Biggie. He's not recommending YOU a headphone, he's recommending one to Bob. So it doesn't really matter what anyone says, he's going to buy RS-1s and then bitch about not at least TRYING 650s, 600, etc... Anyways, I still think you should get 225s with flats and 580s (with 600 grills, as I linked you to earlier). You won't take a loss on them when you sell them, you can make your money back easily then try the 650s... when you decide you want to get rid of those there will always be people selling RS-1s (or you can, heh, buy new). **BRENT**
JBLoudG20 Posted April 3, 2008 Report Posted April 3, 2008 Now if you want to continue to be a douche-bag here's a male to female transexual forum that you can go to and do all the douching that you want. http://www.lauras-playground.com/forums/index.php?showforum=14 ROFL LARA's FORUM
NotoriousBIG_PJ Posted April 3, 2008 Report Posted April 3, 2008 There isn't much wrong with putting a headphone recommendation out there if you haven't heard it. Wrong. Don't recommend a headphone you haven't heard. You might be able to get something like the grado sound with out the sharp upper mids. Please tell me more about how the ms-pros might sound. Biggie.
