jinp6301 Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 Its so good i should pick some up when I'm at the market next time
Dusty Chalk Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 They didn't have it downstairs, so I searched for it, to see if maybe they were "test-marketing" it. Google: "lime doritos" Over on the right, 10,000+ Home Security Choices So I clicked it. It "fuzzy searched" on "live dominos".
Dusty Chalk Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 Follow-up: apparently these are only available in Britain. and
deepak Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 Follow-up: apparently these are only available in Britain. and And Ireland apparently But you're probably right I don't think I've been able to find them in New England or Texas. Maybe another company like Taquitos makes them.
Dusty Chalk Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 Anyone over the other side of the pond want to buy me a case and send them to me? I'll pay expenses.

Dusty Chalk Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 is this what your on about ? freakin' eBay linkNo, there is actually a "hint of lime" Doritos. And yes, I've had the Tostitos -- they're very good, but I prefer Garden of Eatin's Chili & Lime corn chips. I still want to try the Doritos ones, but I'm not sure it's worth pitting the weak American dollar against the British pound right now -- I'll wait until the exchange rate is not so bad.
Guest sacd lover Posted January 30, 2008 Report Posted January 30, 2008 The winner .... these are the ones I meant.
Dusty Chalk Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 The winner .... these are the ones I meant. Yeah, but the damage is done. Now that I know the Doritos ones exist -- and I did see elsewhere that some people thought the Hint of Lime Doritos were as addictive as crack -- I have to try some.
jinp6301 Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 Well, if you decide to get some from across the pond, I want in. GROUP BUY!!!
aardvark baguette Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 Try the chips from Chipotle, Dusty. Theres one in Rockville near randolph road + the pike (at least last time I checked). They are so ridiculously awesome.
Duggeh Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 If people want crisps shipped from the UK I'll be happy to do it for them. It'd help counterbalance my Mountain Dew imports.

How many do you want, jinp6301 -- I got PM'd some good info, so this may happen sooner than later.
