rizena Posted February 7, 2023 Report Posted February 7, 2023 It's an amplifier based on the stax t8000. I couldn't find the picture because the inside was not disclosed. It's an amplifier made by a famous Korean hi-fi amplifier maker and it weighs 60kg
spritzer Posted February 7, 2023 Report Posted February 7, 2023 If you can find any internal pictures then that would be great. Based on the T8000 is not great as that is one crappy amplifier. 1
rizena Posted February 7, 2023 Author Report Posted February 7, 2023 Let me look for an internal picture of the amplifier. The producer said that the T8000 is the best luxury amplifier. So they made an amplifier based on T8000.
rizena Posted February 7, 2023 Author Report Posted February 7, 2023 Hi, JoaMat The producer is a small hi-fi company in Korea.

spritzer Posted February 7, 2023 Report Posted February 7, 2023 (edited) Why do I have a sneaking feeling this is a direct copy of the T8000. All the controls are the same, same inputs too with the option slot as well... Yeah not good at all. Edited February 7, 2023 by spritzer 1 1
mikeymad Posted February 7, 2023 Report Posted February 7, 2023 I have to give props for the naming. Automatic Google search optimization. 2
Pars Posted February 8, 2023 Report Posted February 8, 2023 Wonder if the J.C. is John Curl? Have to poke around diya and see if there is anything there on this one.
Kung Posted April 5, 2023 Report Posted April 5, 2023 Just look at the back of the Korea amp, it's almost identical to the stax t8000, even including the line4 input that never came out on the market , that's hilarious 😅 Is this just a change of box for t8000 ,or is it some kind of modification for the t8000 (e.g. load resistor changed to CCS load) with a new box? 2
spritzer Posted April 5, 2023 Report Posted April 5, 2023 We did release the full schematics so yeah... it might be a clone. A clone of a terrible amplifier... 2
