hungrych Posted November 20, 2007 Report Share Posted November 20, 2007 I'm not really familiar with Aphex Twin, but I found this awesome mashup: http://www.100dbs.com/mixes/aphex/ I'm not a huge fan of mashups, but some of these cuts are awesome. The last one with Kool Keith is amazing, and Breathe And Stop (Q-Tip) is much better than the original imo. The other one I really like is Time's Up For Freeman, Hardy And Willis with O.C. Personally, I think the whole mashup idea is about five years past its expiration date, but I do hear occasional rework that transcends what is otherwise (IMVJO) a novelty genre.
