Oxygene 3D

Jean-Michel Jarre has re-recorded Oxygene from the ground up for the 30th anniversary of the album. Theres also a DVD with a one-take live performance of the album. Theres a stereo and a 5.1 version of the album and a 2D and 3D version of the video.

I just hope that the 5.1 mix isnt too, "enthusiastic". That was my big gripe when Mike Oldfield re-recorded tubular bells in 2003.

My big beef with Tubular Bells 2003 is that it was Tubular Bells 2003, and not Tubular Bells 1973 (or whatever). I mean, that moment when the distorted guitars suddenly come in halfway through just didn't have the same impact. It was all modernly produced and all. I'd be more than happy with Taurus IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, and X at this point.
