boomana Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 Since today's changes, I can't access head-case with my computer. Safari now says it can't find the server, and Firefox only gives a white page that won't let me do anything except refresh. I've cleared, reset and rebooted for nada. I'm on my phone now, but it only works sometimes as well. Any ideas? I can't be the only one, unless this is part of Nate's revenge plan.
Dusty Chalk Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 It should be okay now -- try clearing your cookies. Look in both head-case.org and www.head-case.org.
boomana Posted November 13, 2007 Author Report Posted November 13, 2007 Everything is fine now. I just assume when something goes wrong, it's something I need to learn how to fix, because I'm usually the one who messed it up. At least this got me to download Firefox. I rather like it.
Elephas Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 Heh, I should've known Mamma is a Mac person. I use Firefox on WinXP, WinVista and Mac OS X.
boomana Posted November 13, 2007 Author Report Posted November 13, 2007 Safari's now fine as well. Was probably the DNS server thing.
boomana Posted November 13, 2007 Author Report Posted November 13, 2007 I use 4.5.6.8.6.5.4.2, or in other words, I have no idea what any of that means (I chose the dog smilie rather than the kitty one just for you Reks)
blessingx Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 Same problem with Safari 3 here yesterday (no CSS load and cookie break), though later on the Touchs "mobile" Safari it was fine.
boomana Posted November 13, 2007 Author Report Posted November 13, 2007 That's probably why I could get on from my phone, which is Verizon.
