Chekhonte Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 I don't know, it would be kind of nice to see those models. fifteen bucks isn't that much to spend on a novelty. I know I have spent that much on far less.
aerius Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 You're not crazy. You're certifiably insane. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Unless your name is Patrick.
Dusty Chalk Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 Not as crazy as Patrick, but...yes. I mean, think about it this way -- would you rather have that pamphlet than a CD or two? Or a $15 lunch or dinner? My answer is an easy 'no'.
Upstateguy Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 We're all enablers here..... buy it....... and btw, can I interest you in a pillowtop isolation cushion for your headphone listening seat? If your equipment benefits from isolation, think of how much you will benefit from the same isolation...... http://www.improvementscatalog.com/product/other+ways+to+shop/exclusives+/double+pillowtop+chair+cushion/AdditionalViews.do

boomana Posted October 17, 2007 Report Posted October 17, 2007 deed eet Let me know if you want a scan of it Vicki. Yes, thanks!
philodox Posted October 27, 2007 Author Report Posted October 27, 2007 Well, they came in. Not as minty as I'd like, but still very cool. I don't have a scanner at home, but can use the one at work on Tuesday. For now, I might try to transcribe some of the info written about the K340 and AKG's general design philosophies. Pretty neat, worth the entry fee I think.
909 Posted October 27, 2007 Report Posted October 27, 2007 buy it since you really like the k340s and having the original manual is always a nice plus. you could probably even recoup what you paid by selling a few copies of it, if you so wished.
philodox Posted October 27, 2007 Author Report Posted October 27, 2007 if you have a decent digi cam, a tripod, a nice flat table, and some decent lighting, you don't really need the scanner.Yeah, I have none of these things except for the flat table. buy it since you really like the k340s and having the original manual is always a nice plus. you could probably even recoup what you paid by selling a few copies of it, if you so wished.I got them already, they were definitely worth the cost.
