immtbiker Posted January 12, 2008 Report Posted January 12, 2008 My interests include long walks on the beach, romantic candlelit dinners, getting wet in the rain, cuddling, holding hands, dancing under the moonlight, snuggling in front of a fireplace, getting lost at amusement parks, kissing at the movies, picnics at nature reserves, horseback riding, eating cotton candy, lying on the grass watching clouds go by, playing frisbee at the park, feeding ducks at the pond, gift wrapping, making cards and talking about true love. I kept waiting for the punchline.
dc Posted January 12, 2008 Report Posted January 12, 2008 I kept waiting for the punchline. Wow, you made it to the end? You are to be commended =)
postjack Posted January 12, 2008 Report Posted January 12, 2008 my interests include bagels with cream cheese, buying/washing/collecting my vinyl LP records, SFF books, and sitting.

Asr Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 I got the September '08 issue of Stereophile in the mail yesterday, and Sam Tellig's column was about the Predator. Would it be wrong if I copied what he wrote now, or should I wait until the October issue is out?
guzziguy Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 Let's start the pool. How many times did lead ears Sam laugh his "evil laugh"? I'll guess 4 times.
Asr Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 A completely summary is already online. Uh...where? I don't see it on stereophile.com.
n_maher Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 Uh...where? I don't see it on stereophile.com. It was a joke, the picture of sliced bread, as in it's the best thing since sliced bread. Has Stereophile ever said anything less of one of Ray's products?
Asr Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 Oh right, well I tend to be fluorescent. Well I haven't read much of Stereophile's past reviews of RSA stuff so I'm in the dark on that. Tellig did essentially rave about it though...
deepak Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 Oh right, well I tend to be fluorescent. Well I haven't read much of Stereophile's past reviews of RSA stuff so I'm in the dark on that. Tellig did essentially rave about it though... I read the review for the expensive RSA phono-stage which I believe is deemed class A, which KG basically said was shit.
Dusty Chalk Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 Sam is deaf when it comes to headphones. There was a non-RSA product -- don't remember which one -- that I completely didn't agree with, either. He's like a newb that heard headphones for the first time.

Voltron Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 I read the review for the expensive RSA phono-stage which I believe is deemed class A, which KG basically said was shit. I don't know or care what Kevin says about the expensive RSA phono stage but I own one and think it really very good and extremely flexible.
bhd812 Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 what would you know, you live in California! lol I don't know why that made me laugh but it did... thanks oh and as far as RSA phono's roll my xr-2 rocks my black and vinyl socks!
Voltron Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 what would you know, you live in California! I know my governor can kick the shit out of your panty-waist head of state.
LFF Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 This has got to be the most informative and funny thread here. Explains A LOT!
