ojnihs Posted March 22, 2008 Report Posted March 22, 2008 just finished this weeks lost. disappointing. just watched it too, i wasted 45 minutes of my life watching that shit
ojnihs Posted March 22, 2008 Report Posted March 22, 2008 yep. too bad, since the earlier episodes this season were good. could they have hyped up someone dying anymore than they did only to have it be two people i could give a shit about and play no part at all in the show to me?
deepak Posted March 23, 2008 Author Report Posted March 23, 2008 Finished Sens vs Leafs Bruins vs Canadiens
Chekhonte Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 I've been watching Woodie Allen's dramas as of late (Interiors, Husbands and Wives, Match Point, Hannah and Her Sisters, etc) and really like them. In fact I like them as much as his best comedies, perhaps even more. I've heard that they're good but I had no idea that they rivaled even the best dramas out there. If you like sad, hopeless situations then I highly recommend them.
grawk Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 I SO can't stand woody allen characters. I'd rather pull my own teeth than watch another woody allen movie.
grawk Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 Woody Allen is my favorite director. i'm glad that his last few films have been good, as most of his 90's films were awful. Manhattan and Annie Hall were amazing, as was Zelig, and most of his films from the 70's and 80's. i always liked Mia Farrow, and i think she worked really well with his writing and directing style. Woody Allen is why your luck is the way it is
Chekhonte Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 Grawk, you and I seem to have the opposite tastes. Some day we should hang out and I'll write a list of things I REAlLY hate and you'll write a list of things you REALLY hate. We'll swap lists at the end of the day and if all goes as I think will, then we'll both have a list of things we absolutely love.
jinp6301 Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 nice the Blu-Ray version of Knockin' on Heaven's Door (i have a rip) looks great, i would suggest getting it. will do!
Dusty Chalk Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 I SO can't stand woody allen characters. I'd rather pull my own teeth than watch another woody allen movie. What's the last Woody Allen movie you've seen? Watching Scoop and Match Point was like watching a completely different director.
grawk Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 What's the last Woody Allen movie you've seen? Watching Scoop and Match Point was like watching a completely different director. the characters in that are still woody allen characters
Dusty Chalk Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 How is this like anything else he's ever done? They're not even Woody Allen characters.
