n_maher Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 Blueberry muffins cooking in the oven.
Dusty Chalk Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 Vacuum conducts radiant heat just fine. Just not conductive or convective. I obviously haven't seen the movie. But I've heard that it gets all Event Horizon later, so suspend your disbelief.
Dusty Chalk Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 Yeah, frostbite is the least of your problems. Highly localized blood pressure gradients would be my major concern.
Dusty Chalk Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 I will refrain from commenting further until I see the movie for myself. But yes, I've heard it's stupid.
deepak Posted January 10, 2008 Author Report Posted January 10, 2008 and this movie is fucking stupid. nothing about it makes any logical sense. Don't watch The Core. I wasn't a fan of Sunshine either. It isn't very logical. And even if the characters were acting on emotion, that didn't make sense either.
n_maher Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 Wait is the writing strike over? Say wha?
Dusty Chalk Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 Wait is the writing strike over?I am waiting. How do you feel about is the writing strike over?
Duggeh Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 The Big Sleep. nobody can slap a drugged up dame like Philip Marlowe, let me tell ya. Bogart or Mitchum? I have to say that despite its vast failings (i mean, its set it Britain for one). I have a fondness for Mitchums Marlowe, and for Winners Big Sleep in general.
Dusty Chalk Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 Poor Al. I just watched the third episode of season two.
Dusty Chalk Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 I don't think a vampire would become a vampire if it were embalmed...in Joss Whedon's version of the mythology.
Dusty Chalk Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 really? is that canonical, or just a guess?Educated guess (as opposed to the wild-ass kind).
n_maher Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 the Ted episode. the second season was great. I'm starting it this weekend, can't wait.
JBLoudG20 Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 Beach Games episode Office Season 3 <3
laxx Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 I just finished Season 2 last night. I feel bad for Xander, but not that bad since Cordelia has a bangin body. It was just crazy because she was like, 27 when the show was filmed. I'm looking forward to season 3. Half way through is around when I stopped watching, so finally, a new episode. The past few weeks have been somewhat boring as I've seen them in the past.
Dusty Chalk Posted January 11, 2008 Report Posted January 11, 2008 the Ted episode. the second season was great.Ritter was fucking on, in that episode. Also, I like the way they implied the violence with his ex-wives, rather than showing them.
Chekhonte Posted January 13, 2008 Report Posted January 13, 2008 most of the way through the third season of Buffy. man Wesley sure was incompetent. Do you mean as an actor or a character?
laxx Posted January 14, 2008 Report Posted January 14, 2008 Damn, how do you have so much time to watch tv!
n_maher Posted January 14, 2008 Report Posted January 14, 2008 I started Season 2 of Buffy yesterday, have I mentioned how great this damn show is?
