nattonrice
That's pretty great. Was there a lot of crying? No! Surprisingly not... I think everyone was too shocked that this sort of shit got past the producers to the host's mic =S There is most likely gonna be a tsunami of severed heads rolling outta fox studios over the next day or two hehe

tyrion
Watching last season of Top Gear. I can't believe it has taken me this long to start watching this show considering all the raves from you guys over the years. This show is great. Grahame
^ Mike, glad you like it. You owe it to yourself to get the originals, uncut in HD. Not to mention the Polar and Adventure specials. Great cinematography.
Craig Sawyers
Watching last season of Top Gear. I can't believe it has taken me this long to start watching this show considering all the raves from you guys over the years. This show is great. Because the UK is truly tiny, everyone is pretty close. Clarkson lives around 30 miles away, Richard Branson less than 20, and at Henley-on-Thames 25 miles away it is a veritable who's who. George Harrison used to live there (before he smoked himself to death), and the Leander Rowing Club is the source of the clutch of UK Olympics gold medals over recent decades. laxx
Boardwalk Empire. What's your opinion of the show so far? I'm not liking Michael K. Williams, he talks too street for me to believe he's from the 1920's.
HDen
Watched the 3rd eps of Boardwalk yesterday, I think the 2nd and 3rd eps have been much better than the first. Also watched Rubicon, and a few animated shows.

Dusty Chalk
Yup, Up had a powerful opening. I'm not recalling Monsters, Inc., but that's just an excuse to see it again, so...win.
Dusty Chalk
No, it wasn't that. Believe it or not (and yes, this is coming from me), Up was a little too down. I mean, did you see Bolt? I actually liked that better. Completely under-rated movie. Not really comparable, in terms of stories (there's no fantastical set piece on a blimp), but just a really great movie.12 Angry Men would improve with multiple explosions throughout. And can you imagine Terms of Endearment with explosions? Terms of Endearment 2: The Revenge -- now that's a movie I would probably see.

Dusty Chalk
Bolt isn't art. Up is art.Ah, so you're an art snob. I'm totally selfish in my gauging of movies -- my only criteria is whether or not I like it. Art, gratuitous explosions, or dramatic resonance, doesn't matter, it's what I like that matters.
