NightWoundsTime Posted July 17, 2011 Report Posted July 17, 2011 the second season of Burn Notice. why haven't i been watching this show all along?! SNL: What Is Burn Notice? Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares (UK) has hit Netflix streaming. I'd found a few downloads a while back but sources were few so I'd never caught the whole run. Such a good show. Quote
n_maher Posted July 17, 2011 Report Posted July 17, 2011 the second season of Burn Notice. why haven't i been watching this show all along?! Enjoy the early seasons, they're much better than the current stuff unfortunately. Quote
deepak Posted July 22, 2011 Author Report Posted July 22, 2011 Action with Jay Mohr. Anyone else remember this short lived series from the late 90s? I was racking my brain for a while trying to remember what it was called, then stumbled upon it on DVD. Pretty damn funny http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0206467/ Quote
Dusty Chalk Posted July 22, 2011 Report Posted July 22, 2011 Yeah, it's amazing. Completely under-rated show. Especially the first couple of episodes. Pay attention to what song is playing in the background, fucking brilliant. I love it when the actor won't answer the question, "is it time?" Also love the scene where he thinks he's a lobster. Also love the out of body experience one. It kind of fizzles at the end -- doesn't end as strongly as it starts -- but it's still worth watching all the way through. Quote
shellylh Posted July 27, 2011 Report Posted July 27, 2011 Fringe pilot (yes, I am a little behind). I am hoping it is better than Lost. Quote
shellylh Posted July 30, 2011 Report Posted July 30, 2011 I remember the SUV wreck from the Pilot but don't really remember it being memorable. Maybe it is later in the Season (I have only watched episodes 1-4). Quote
Dusty Chalk Posted July 30, 2011 Report Posted July 30, 2011 No, the one from the pilot (that's as far as I ever got with the show). Quote
GPH Posted August 6, 2011 Report Posted August 6, 2011 Third and final episode of BBC's Sherlock series (2010). I watched this show on the recommendation of a friend and I really enjoyed it, looking forward to more episodes. It's not as "slick" as big production American TV shows, but its got some sort of British charm and I thought the characters were memorable and the humo(u)r was excellent. Quote
tyrion Posted August 6, 2011 Report Posted August 6, 2011 The 4th episode of Torchwood: Miracle Day. Quote
Voltron Posted August 19, 2011 Report Posted August 19, 2011 True Blood. what a bunch of shit. an actual tactical team would have had that over in less than a minute. as soon as the mist cover started showing up, bam. vampires need to hire better mercs. lots of ex-Delta and ex-SEAL out there needing some beer money. Concur. The witch bitch didn't even move, so why not take her out? Plus, somebody needs to kill that fucking Tara already! They tease and tease because they know people hate her but then they prolong the agony by letting her live her pathetic life. Fuck. Quote
Dusty Chalk Posted August 19, 2011 Report Posted August 19, 2011 C'mon -- keep the spoiler talk in the True Blood thread -- I haven't even finished watching season one. Quote
Voltron Posted August 19, 2011 Report Posted August 19, 2011 But you're certainly spoiling our fun you spoiler nazi! Quote
shellylh Posted August 20, 2011 Report Posted August 20, 2011 Dammit, now you ruined the whole season. Quote
