Craig Sawyers Posted December 23, 2010 Report Posted December 23, 2010 Well, part one, Did not suck I thought the drive by shooting of effigies of The Stig was pretty good. Interesting that under Tiff Needell's tender care Danny Boyle did a really great lap time in the Reasonably Priced Car. The concept of The Stig had kind of run its course anyway.
Dusty Chalk Posted December 24, 2010 Report Posted December 24, 2010 Watched Human Target -- as much as I loved the anti-Christmas sentiment, it wasn't the best episode. There was something just awkward about some of the dialog.
laxx Posted December 26, 2010 Report Posted December 26, 2010 Finishing up Psych, then Chronicles of Narnia - Prince Caspien.
boomana Posted December 26, 2010 Report Posted December 26, 2010 Watching the Cowboys get killed. Horrible first half.
jinp6301 Posted December 26, 2010 Report Posted December 26, 2010 freaks and geeks marathon on ifc yay
NightWoundsTime Posted December 27, 2010 Report Posted December 27, 2010 Just watched Back to the Future. Either I'm too old for it now or it was one time too many.
Craig Sawyers Posted December 27, 2010 Report Posted December 27, 2010 Top Gear (second part of the Christmas pair). Fairly average I thought. Then the Dr Who Christmas episode. Fairly average I thought, although Michael Gambon is always a pleasure to watch. Earlier, Inception on pay-per-view. Excellent.
Aimless1 Posted January 1, 2011 Report Posted January 1, 2011 Just turned on the TV, looked in TV Guide to find the MSU/Alabama game and WTF, not available. Then looked to make sure the Rose Bowl will be available, and it's not. I only have OTA (over the air) and no satellite or cable (well, I have the basic 12 channel package for the internet, but not the standard which includes ESPN). I have no interest in the ONE game available to me today. This sucks. Guess college football will soon be another item that's just a memory.
Salt Peanuts Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 NFL Playoff. I'm thoroughly annoyed Seattle won.
The Monkey Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 Yeah, the NFL playoff system is a little broken. But that Marshawn Lynch run was unbelievable.
Salt Peanuts Posted January 9, 2011 Report Posted January 9, 2011 I should clarify what I said, I'm thoroughly annoyed Pete Carroll won. And as crazy as it is to have a playoff team with a losing record, the Saints should have crushed the Seahawks but they were just sloppy throughout the game and didn't deserve to win (I think the entire defense missed the tackle on that Lynch run).
deepak Posted January 10, 2011 Author Report Posted January 10, 2011 NFL Playoff. I'm thoroughly annoyed Seattle won. I'm more annoyed with Green Bay making it through. Really solid team all around I would rather not see the Pats face them if they got to SB. I'm predicting Pats Steelers for AFC title game, which will also be a hella tough game :/
Dusty Chalk Posted January 10, 2011 Report Posted January 10, 2011 Human Target: A Problem Like Maria and Communication Breakdown -- I really like this show.
emelius Posted January 11, 2011 Report Posted January 11, 2011 first couple episodes of this season's Californication...
luvdunhill Posted January 11, 2011 Report Posted January 11, 2011 Mad Men. Is there going to be more seasons?
Dusty Chalk Posted January 11, 2011 Report Posted January 11, 2011 The Cape -- I hope you like cheeeeeeeese. ...zuh! But then again, Summer Glau.
