n_maher Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 well, Hellboy 2 is kinda quirky, i think you'll like it. I watched the first half, I'm really enjoying it. But I'm exhausted and want to enjoy the second half rather than half sleep through it so it'll have to wait for another night.
JBLoudG20 Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 GuineaSaurus Rex. Man that one had me in stitches.
laxx Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 Pushing Daises. I'm finally giving the show a chance, up to episode 2.
Sherwood Posted October 30, 2008 Report Posted October 30, 2008 I loved that film. I saw it in an abandoned warehouse in Ankara, Turkey. It seemed fitting.
Dusty Chalk Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 True Blood -- rocks. Very true to the books, which rock. Sarah Connor Chronicles -- very much enjoying this. Especially enjoying the incorporation of the mythology tangentially, such as having the doctor tell the story behind T2 from his perspective, things like that. Also like the taglines that the robots use, such as "Thank You for your cooperation", "we don't sleep" and "come with me if you want to live".
DigiPete Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 Logan's Run I'd forgotten how B-movie this actually was.
Dusty Chalk Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 Hello Dusty Chalk, we miss you.Enabler.
guzziguy Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 body of lies I thought that the debates were over.
Sherwood Posted November 4, 2008 Report Posted November 4, 2008 Noise - 2008 An excellent film about tinnitus and murder.
Sherwood Posted November 4, 2008 Report Posted November 4, 2008 that is relevant to my interests. Then I've no doubt you'll enjoy it. I certainly did.
Dusty Chalk Posted November 6, 2008 Report Posted November 6, 2008 The comics were great -- Ben Templesmith really outdid himself. I love what he did with color.
Sherwood Posted November 6, 2008 Report Posted November 6, 2008 Dexter Best show on TV. Every season gets better than the last. The amount of character development is really stunning.
n_maher Posted November 6, 2008 Report Posted November 6, 2008 Best show on TV. Every season gets better than the last. The amount of character development is really stunning. Hard to argue that point, I'm almost done with Season 2 and can't wait to see how it all gets wrapped up.
Sherwood Posted November 6, 2008 Report Posted November 6, 2008 No spoiling here. You're in for a treat, and season 3 keeps improving.
en480c4 Posted November 7, 2008 Report Posted November 7, 2008 No spoiling here. You're in for a treat, and season 3 keeps improving. I only got about half-way through the 3rd episode of season 3 and haven't revisited it. Loved seasons 1 and 2, but am definitely having trouble getting into season 3.
