Did a grilled radichio and endive salad. Grilled the veggies to get a nice char and soften slightly. Dressing was olive oil, balsamic, dijon mustard salt and pepper. The salad accompanied butterfly pork chops with a spice rub obtained from The Spice House in Old Town, Chicago. We haz happy tummy.

Getting ready to warm up yesterday's curry. Got a nice red snapper from the fresh fish market around the corner from my house (with BP's extra special seasoning). Mostly fresh ingredients in the food processor to make my curry paste with coconut milk from a can. Had them clean the fish with the backbone still connected on one side, cooked the whole thing in the curry and then cleaned the meat off. Finished with some red peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Came out pretty damned excellent.
