The kids made 2 giant bags of gluten free elbow pasta, and then realized we had no spaghetti sauce, so I whipped up a quick red sauce. Colin joined us for our meal.

Spaghetti and meatballs with my red meat (beef/pork/lamb) sauce, garnished with fresh grated aged provolone, asiago, parmesan and romano and fresh chopped Italian parsley. Garlic sourdough crusty bagette, steamed dressed fresh green beans almondine and a glass of cab.
