Better than the first attempt (less Espresso powder this time) and I've gotten the texture to come out well both times. Next time, I think I'll use chocolate with less cocoa content. Here in Santa Barbara, I'm able to grill all year long. It's my favorite way to cook as the results are great and cleanup is easy. It's also about the easiest way to cook. Give it a try.
