swt61 Posted December 6, 2016 Report Posted December 6, 2016 What is that appetizer? It looks like Pesto Parmigiana Fries, which sounds amazing!
n_maher Posted December 6, 2016 Report Posted December 6, 2016 Correct on the Parm but the green stuff was chimichurri. They were delicious. 2

Dusty Chalk Posted December 7, 2016 Report Posted December 7, 2016 Teriyaki beef tips -- I cut the cooking times in half (because all of mine were coming out well done with a burnt crust since that first one a couple weeks ago), and it came out perfect. 1

Sechtdamon Posted December 13, 2016 Report Posted December 13, 2016 Huge adana dürüm (wrap), acılı ezme, turşu and as Tayyip command "drink ayran instead of rakı", Ayran All they are just for 10 TL. FFS, It was so delicious, I do not even care what kind of meat they used, or even they used meat. 3
Sechtdamon Posted December 14, 2016 Report Posted December 14, 2016 (edited) Today I decided to eat something fancy, Külbastı (A Turkish cuisine dish): It's basicly chicken breast fillet, marinated with special spices and cooked on special grill. As you can see, it was served with grilled tomatoes, green pepper, rice, acılı ezme (spicy paste) and a mezze I do not know. Since I cannot cook in my room, I'm discovering all nearby (Taksim, Harbiye, Beşiktaş, Nişantaşı etc.) places for food. So when you come to Istanbul, you'll know where to eat cheap and delicious or high performance/price ratio dishes. Edited December 14, 2016 by Sechtdamon 1

Say that in the wrong neighborhoods in Los Angeles and you may end up with something that used to bark or hide nuts for the winter. 2

You assume squirrel, but in actuality many bird species as well as Woodmice practice this. Heck, in cold winters I also try to hide my nuts. 2

Craig Sawyers Posted December 15, 2016 Report Posted December 15, 2016 Squirrel is making a comeback in the UK. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2086571/Anyone-grey-squirrel-pie-Victorian-delicacy-enjoys-revival-bid-save-red-cousins-extinction.html . There are even Indian restaurants with curried squirrel on the menu. 1
