Absorbine_Sr Posted March 12, 2016 Report Posted March 12, 2016 We stole the idea from my left coast brother Al. And they were delicious. Thanks Bro! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 4
Dusty Chalk Posted March 12, 2016 Report Posted March 12, 2016 It looks fucking delicious! It did the first time, and it does now. That said, I've been having a worse and worse time with peppers (acid reflux to various degrees, not sure how red bell fits in there, but I love peppers, so will be experimenting) and have been having a hard time with cheese (lactose intolerance) for a while, so it's probably my kryptonite.

Bell peppers don't have any capsaicin though, they're not hot at all.

Yeah, it's got nothing to do with the heat -- I even have acid reflux with green bell peppers, so I need to figure out what it is that I actually have a problem with.
Absorbine_Sr Posted March 13, 2016 Report Posted March 13, 2016 Finished product. Cedar plank grilled salmon with corn salsa. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 5

Absorbine_Sr Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 Mexican beef with repurposed corn salsa. We had enough salsa left from last night so we added black beans and used tonight as well. The Instant Pot meat was very tender, but a tiny bit dry. I'll adjust the cook time down more next time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 3
Dusty Chalk Posted March 15, 2016 Report Posted March 15, 2016 Earlier, celebrating Pi Day by eating a delicious Shepherd's Pie at Dogfish Head Alehouse. 2
