My roommate my sophomore year leaving an open can of tuna over winter break and then forcing the entire side of the floor to find alternate living arrangements for a few days probably had something to do with it. I also have larger steaks already in bags for lunch with friends tomorrow. Loving the Anova, do much easier, faster and more accurate.
