I'm pretty good about holding back compared to most people -- I've had this bag for a week and a half and haven't finished it yet. But considering my history (my dad died in 1988 of complications after heart surgery due to heart disease at the ripe old age of 55), I should probably be a monk about candy and other fattening foods, which I'm not.

Mmm, I discovered an awesome bakery that has delicious bread. DIY'ed a ciabatta- olive oil on the bread, grilled. Peppered mozzarella cheese, bacon and spicy mustard. Grilled on the Foreman. Good bread makes or breaks a sammich :o
