agile_one Posted December 28, 2014 Report Posted December 28, 2014 Awesome stuff, Grahame & Dan. No offense, Grahame, old chap, but Dan's is home grown and amazing in the simplicity of presentation, so gets the nod. I do loves me some fish 'n chips, though.
Grahame Posted December 29, 2014 Report Posted December 29, 2014 (edited) Plenty of links on the web, "Full English Breakfast", rather than just a fry up - otherwise you may end up with a "Mixed Grill"so Bacon, sausages (pork, or cumberland perhaps), black pudding, Tomatoes (grilled or fried), Mushrooms(ditto), Baked Beans. eggs (scrambled perhaps, but more likely fried),Toast, maybe, My Father was partial to fried bread. Mug of Tea. Potatoes perhaps - hash browns seem to be american imperialism, so maybe bubble and squeak instead. I liked this Combo, other than the Haggis This shows fried bread as part of the combo Other Ideashttp://www.telegraph.co.uk/foodanddrink/11029015/How-to-make-the-perfect-full-English-breakfast.html I like the use of Duck fat for the bubble and squeakhttp://www.telegraph.co.uk/foodanddrink/foodanddrinkvideo/7545038/The-full-English-breakfast-by-Canteen-owner-Cass-Titcombe.html Gary Rhodes goes to town. If you do want to do scrambled eggs Gordon Ramsey has some ideas. Edited December 29, 2014 by Grahame 2

MexicanDragon Posted January 1, 2015 Report Posted January 1, 2015 A good friend had people over for a NYE party last night. He used to run a pizza kitchen, so he hand made all the crusts and we had a couple hours of pizza after pizza to try out. I had the idea to save the last piece of each so we could have this memory (and leftovers). Picture taken at 12:05ish, as there is champagne flanking it seems. **BRENT** 2
