Our Parisian friends brought four large cans of goose fois au torchon (encased in fat and wrapped in a towel). Amazing stuff, and even better with champagne but the red wine was open and handy. Quote

Bacon, potatoes, salami, bell pepper and spinach are the main components. And Debbie enjoyed some seafood with her beverage. Happy New Year HC! Quote
