The Elvis - banana cake, peanut butter frosting, candied bacon. We paired this with the bacon jam and found why Elvis died happy. **BRENT** 1
Voltron Posted December 30, 2013 Report Posted December 30, 2013 Fois gras on toasts with some vin rouge. Our Parisian friends brought four large cans of goose fois au torchon (encased in fat and wrapped in a towel). Amazing stuff, and even better with champagne but the red wine was open and handy.

Bacon, potatoes, salami, bell pepper and spinach are the main components. And Debbie enjoyed some seafood with her beverage. Happy New Year HC!
