At the Floyds for lunch. Having pan fried walleye on a bed of bulgar with a coconut curry sauce. And a touch of salad fresh from Doc Floyd's garden. Awesome. Maybe the best thing I've eaten here.

Sous vide swordfish steak. Man, I love swordfish steak, but there is something different about this. Ate half before searing, half after flash searing each side. I like, I like a lot.

Sure, if I hold my digital thermometer up so it is visible in said mirror. Otherwise, I would say about 75ish.

Jacob, you might be wrong about sushi chefs all liking tentacle rape young girl pron. When I tried to engage him in said topic, he didn't seem amused at all. I told him all sushi chefs love that stuff, and he just kept sharpening his knife and glaring at me. Not sure what to make of It.

David, in just two posts you have wiped out all of the organic wholesome diet goodness you built up over the past few months. :)
