It's a bit of a poop show here in that there's construction in Asia Town (often referred to as China Town but it's grown well beyond that). HemiSam Posted August 3 Report Share Posted August 3 Well, it had to be done. Udon at Ishin...so good. They do a lot of fusion style Udon and this one is brisket and.....ginger. I only need so much ginger in my life so I ask for it on the side. If in Houston, Ishin Udon and the Tan Tan bowl there is amazing if you like spicy and are good with pork.
