Debbie made Vivian Howard’s tomato pie tonight. Al made one a couple of weeks ago. Tomatoes, caramelized onions, basil, fontina and parmigiana reggiano. We had it at her restaurant a couple of years ago and loved it. Ours turned out very good with awesome flavor. Couldn’t stop eating it.
