Lunch today... Pecan encrusted Red Snapper, heirloom tomatoes, eggplant, Buffalo mozzarella w/ balsamic vinaigrette. It was yummy!

Waited over five hours to get this mother fucking burger.

I don't think we even waited 5 hours for Hot Doug's, and that was in the closing weeks.

Filet's with an orzo salad. Steaks were in the water bath for 90 minutes @ 126F, then seared on the Weber over the Slow n Sear for about 30 seconds on each side. Neither of us were fond of the orzo salad. If we do it again it will need major tweaking. But the steaks made up for it. Tender as they get.

Normal cholesterol today! Dropped my total cholesterol from 242 in April to 189 today.

Yeah baby! Celebrating with ribs and brisket. [emoji106]
