grawk Posted December 31, 2016 Report Posted December 31, 2016 no pictures, but I have a new favorite steak. sous vide ribeye cap, tied to a medalian, and sous vide at 117 for 4 hrs, then seared on a cast iron pan that had been preheated to 550, for a fantastic crust.
