It wasn't terrible but given that I was going to be sitting in grandstands at the Olympic trials, and because life is short, I took Imodium to resolve the situation. TMI, I know, but I bounced back into proper form and ate completely inappropriate foods for dinner. Thus, I give you Chicken and Doughnuts: beer and buttermilk brined chicken strips with sweet and smokey doughnut holes served with Sriracha maple dipping sauce. Pretty tasty along with some excellent beer at Bier Stein in Eugene. 7 Quote
