cetoole Posted March 24, 2013 Report Posted March 24, 2013 momofuku banh mi and field greens dressed with classic shallot/lemon juice/oil/mustard dressing. it's good, but i think my version, topped with a greens and asian pickle slaw, is better. as i always do with these, i made my own mayo (really an aioli, using my garlic confit and garlic confit olive oil). Momofuku style (and if so, recipe?), or are you in NYC? I love banh mi's!
