Grahame Posted May 28, 2012 Report Posted May 28, 2012 Is that what I think it is, on top of the burger but under the cheese? Quote
boomana Posted May 28, 2012 Report Posted May 28, 2012 Yes, I'm pretty sure you'd like it, Grahame. BTW, I read your post in this voice: Quote

NightWoundsTime Posted May 31, 2012 Report Posted May 31, 2012 Already destroyed it, but a bowl of beef panang w/ red cabbage. Made the paste fresh, with dry roasted spices in the coffee grinder and all the fresh stuff in the food processor. I am thoroughly satisfied, right now. Real galangal, kaffir lime, shrimp paste, all worth the trip all the away across my 10 mile town. Quote
Absorbine_Sr Posted June 7, 2012 Report Posted June 7, 2012 a ribeye for me, sirloin strip for Debbie and asparagus for both, done lovingly on the grill. Quote

NightWoundsTime Posted June 10, 2012 Report Posted June 10, 2012 Five Guys cheeseburger, all the way plus raw onions. Cajun fries, diet barqs. Perfect meal. Quote
Absorbine_Sr Posted June 13, 2012 Report Posted June 13, 2012 I did a dry rubbed flat iron steak on the grill for Debbie and I. To accompany it I did baby potatoes with multi-colored peppers, onion and jalapeño in the cast iron skillet. I did just a bit too much jalapeño so things were overly hot, but I now have a bench line for next time. Quote
shellylh Posted June 13, 2012 Report Posted June 13, 2012 I did just a bit too much jalapeño Not possible. Sounds great. Quote
shellylh Posted June 14, 2012 Report Posted June 14, 2012 (edited) i made, and ate quickly, some radishes seared in butter with braised French green beans on a bed of arugula with a honey and tarragon dijon balsamic vinaigrette, along with some home made ciabatta (wish i had a picture, it was the third best bread i've ever had, and the best i've ever made) with fresh moz and more of the tarragon dijon. i've been sick for days, and Emily has been gone helping family clean up the familial farm for sale, so i've only been eating ice cream and bananas since Sunday. a real meal was nice. No PB in the house? Glad you are feeling better. Edited June 14, 2012 by shellylh Quote
deepak Posted June 14, 2012 Report Posted June 14, 2012 Too much habenero is doable though. I went overboard with them in a wrap a few days ago and paid dearly. Quote
n_maher Posted June 16, 2012 Report Posted June 16, 2012 Not quite yet but just made some fresh salsa for later. Quote
