Very easy to make and if you chop them up they make a great pork sandwich. Much easier than smoking a pork shoulder. Quote

But I have a tendency to prefer "Americanized" indigenous dishes more than "authentic" (Chinese, Indian, Mexican). I'll have to remember to hit one or two when I go up (to NY) in September, but this will hold me over until I do. The quest remains. Quote
